How Long do Endorsements stay on a Driving Licence?

Drink Driving – this stays on your licence for 11 years from the date of conviction.

Drug Driving – this stays on your licence for 11 years from the date of conviction.

Accident offences – must stay on your licence for 4 years from date of the offence

Disqualified driving – must stay on your licence for 4 years from date of the offence

Careless driving – must stay on your licence for 4 years from date of the offence

Construction and use offences – must stay on your licence for 4 years from date of the offence

Dangerous driving – must stay on your licence for 4 years from date of conviction

Speeding – must stay on your licence for 4 years from date of offence
